The focus of this work is to help you align with your Soul purpose, recognise emotional blocks, healing issues & patterns in your life & ultimately access your own Higher Guidance as you progress with your journey. Your session may include elements of Spirit Release, Soul Retrieval, Past Life & Karmic Clearance or Cord Cutting where appropriate.

You may prefer to receive Spiritual Counselling during your session, combining your reading with the Healing techniques I practice to work through specific issues or problems you would like to tackle. Spiritual Counselling can help you take the initiative to heal and improve any area of your life, such as intimate or family relationships, career path or your general well being.

Each session lasts approximately 45mins-1hr & is delivered in the comfort of your home. The cost is payable on the day. Alternatively you may prefer a telephone appointment, especially if you would like Spiritual Counselling.

Guided Meditation (Telephone consultation £35.00)

Meditation involves calming & clearing the mind to enter a relaxed state whereby stresses, fears & tensions can be released so that clarity & peace is achieved. During & following meditation it is possible to experience a sense of true stillness during which higher guidance can be received, the intuition is sharper & clarity of thought is noticably improved. During Guided Meditation, the mind is more easily able to work with images, senses and colours through visualisation, and it is possible to receive personal guidance & soul level information, meet Guides & Spiritual Helpers/Archetypes & learn much more about who your truly are. The stillness of meditation enables you to access truth vibrations & experience the interconnectedness of the Universe.

I now offer you the opportunity to experience Guided Meditation with me during a telephone consultation. At the beginning of your call, we will explore what you are looking to achieve from your meditation & I will assess what visualisation triggers & imagery will work for you. I will then guide you through a gentle meditation for about 20 minutes, following which we will discuss & analyse your experience & I will make recommendations for meditation or energy techniques that you can try in your own time. Healing Chakra & Aura Readings (£25.00)

The human energy anatomy is a fascinating & revealing subject. ‘Chakra’ is a Sanskrit word that means ‘spinning wheel of Light’ & refers to the energy centres that relate to different aspects of the physical body & psyche, & which also link to specific areas of life. The ‘Aura’ is the energy that radiates around the body.  

As an experienced Energy Healer I am used to working with the human energy anatomy with the intention of catalysing positive change & supporting my clients’ self-knowledge & empowerment. Understanding your own energy anatomy is just another step towards developing a more complete picture of who you really are & where your potential lies.
